The Country Cookin’ Cookbook is a long-standing tradition, filled with delicious recipes from co-op members across the region. Copies are distributed by your local cooperative at district meetings and events.
As an East River Electric member distribution system, Central Electric is collecting recipes for the next edition of the cookbook, and we would love to include yours.
Maybe it’s a family favorite passed down through the years or a go-to dish everyone asks for at potlucks. Whatever it is, your recipe could be featured in next year’s cookbook.
Each recipe you submit earns you a chance to win one of two $100 gift cards. Winners will be drawn at random once the cookbook is published. Send recipes to graphics@eastriver.coop by Dec. 15 to enter the drawing.
