Members will be directed upon arrival to drive through the warehouse. Members will be given their voting ballot and meeting information. As members pull through, they will drop off their ballot and are free to go. No meal or formal presentation will be given. All registered members will receive a $30 energy credit applied directly to their account. 

Anyone wishing to vote on behalf of an organization, business, or non-natural person member must present the notice mailed to that membership address.
